RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
Because many of our pieces are handmade, customized, or made in limited quantities, all sales are final unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Customized or personalized items cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.
If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at capitalrandcapitalc@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging.
We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, wrong color choice, wrong size choice, or buyer’s remorse.
If your request is approved, we will let you know the next steps. Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the issue was caused by our mistake.
